The standard Med Sync program is designed to align your prescription refill dates, ensuring that all your medications can be picked up at the same time. This does not include any unique packaging, as all prescribed medications will be dispensed in standard tinted vials. This coordinated approach helps in reducing the frequency of visits to the pharmacy, making it more convenient for you to manage your medications effectively. This also helps in preventing unexpected expenses or running out of essential medications unexpectedly.
Med Sync Blister Cards*
Blister cards are a reliable solution designed to enhance medication adherence by providing a clear and organized way to take medication. They help eliminate any uncertainty that may arise when trying to remember whether a dose has been taken or not. This tool is especially beneficial for individuals who struggle with memory challenges or have busy work routines that make it difficult to keep track of their medication schedule.
We provide as many Blister cards as necessary to include all of your medication, and we will work with you to ensure that each card is properly labelled with the time that medication is to be taken. This feature allows patients to conveniently keep their medication close by during breakfast or beside their bed in the evening, offering additional support in maintaining adherence to their prescribed medication schedule.
Medical at Home
Certain insurance plans like Medicare offer a home healthcare service for eligible individuals, which enables us to manage your prescriptions and deliver them to you at no extra cost. This service aims to enhance independence and quality of life by ensuring continuous medical support.

Your medications are neatly organized in blister cards and delivered to your home every 30 days at no extra cost. What to Expect:
For new patients, we kindly request additional information including your phone number, address, date of birth, and insurance details. It is essential for us to have the name of your primary care physician (PCP) and the details of your current pharmacy.
Please be advised that the process of syncing medications for new patients may require additional time as we coordinate the transfer of prescriptions from your current pharmacy and contact your PCP for any prescriptions that cannot be transferred.
Our team will contact your providers to obtain a copy of your medication list to ensure that we have accurate information on all your prescriptions. If you have medications that are taken on an as-needed basis, please inform us whether you would like them to be included in your monthly synchronization or if you prefer to request them as needed.
We streamline the refill process by aligning all your medication refill dates through short-filling prescriptions. This method involves dispensing a partial amount of a prescription so that it aligns with a specific refill date. It is important to note that with short-filled medications, you are charged only for the quantity received as determined by your insurance provider. Subsequently, you will be added to our Med Sync calendar for automatic monthly refills.
