Would you like to know if you have natural or vaccine immunity to COVID-19 ?

  • We can provide a test kit for the COVID antibody test available with an order from your doctor and 3 to 5 day turn around time.

  • This is a non-invasive, saliva-based test, making it accessible to a broad range of patients. The test's accuracy demonstrates 96% Sensitivity and 100% Specificity, making it highly reliable in detecting antibodies at least 21 days or more after a positive COVID-19 diagnosis or symptom onset and/or at least 14 days after vaccination.

  • Mobility Health’s COVID-19 Antibody Response Test detects SARS-CoV-2 neutralizing antibodies, which prevent virus replication and have been shown to predict immune protection. This test can be used to determine if a patient has developed an immune response from a previous vaccination and/or SARS-CoV-2 infection, as well as the level of neutralizing antibodies a patient has and whether or not those antibody levels have diminished over time.

  • It can also be used to identify at-risk patients who have failed to mount or maintain a detectable antibody response despite having been previously vaccinated, boosted, or infected.

The Mobility Health COVID-19 Antibody Response Test detects immunoglobulin G (IgG) type antibody levels in saliva for Nucleocapsid Protein (NP) and Spike Protein (SP). These antibodies remain in the blood even after an infection has been resolved.

  • The Mobility Health COVID-19 Antibody Response Test is a Lab-Based test, meaning it is performed in a laboratory. It is a Laboratory Developed Test (LDT), has not been reviewed or cleared by the FDA, and requires a doctor's order. Ask your doctor's office to call us for verbal authorization to perform this test.

  • It is recommended to utilize this antibody testing at least 14 days after your are vaccinated or 21 days after your main symptoms or illness resolve to determine if you developed sufficient immunity from the illness or from the vaccine/booster.

  • The test also helps healthcare workers to know their immunity while working with potentially ill patients to determine best precautions for optimal infection prevention.

Individuals who are exhibiting symptoms or have been in contact with an illness may opt to undergo a COVID-19/Flu PCR Antigen test utilizing a convenient nasal swab. These tests are typically provided at no cost to patients with insurance coverage, including Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries.
