What to Expect:

As a new patient at our pharmacy, we kindly request that you provide additional information including your address, phone number, date of birth, and insurance details. This information can be submitted either over the phone or in person. Upon receiving a prescription for a compounded medication, we make an effort to process it through your insurance provider, although it is important to note that certain compounded medications may not be covered by insurance.

Following our attempt to bill the insurance company, we will contact the phone number listed on the prescription to confirm the copay or out-of-pocket expenses associated with the medication. You have the option to decide whether you would like us to proceed with filling the prescription at that time; we do not compound any medication without your explicit consent*. Payment in advance is mandatory for all new patients. While prepayment is the preferred method for existing patients, it is not obligatory. Once you have approved the medication and we have received prepayment (if applicable), please allow 1-2 business days for us to compound it.

To ensure timely refills, we advise contacting us to refill your compounded medication 1-2 business days in advance of when it will be needed. While we maintain a stock of some medications, resulting in same-day availability for certain prescriptions, we recommend allowing extra time for preparation in case we do not have a sufficient supply on hand.

*= If you request a refill of your compound, please be advised that this action will also be considered explicit consent.
